BookAllotz is our modern, flexible booking engine that allows you to do such things as, load promotional packages and add-on resources.
Your website is your first and most important distribution channel, and being commission free the site you will want to maximize your last room allotment at your best rate.
Allotz.com provides this functionality to both your own hotel site/s and also to your distribution partners, ensuring maximum exposure. No one partner gets any more allotments than anybody else, however the more an individual distribution partner sells, the more they will be allocated.
INTELLIALLOTZ ®
IntelliAlltoz incorporates some of the really smart features of Allotz. It is the yield management system, ensuring that you are getting the maximum rates for your rooms at the optimum periods and on real time demand.
IntelliAllotz constantly monitors rooms available for sale through all your online partners. If one partner has sold their allotments, IntelliAllotz will reallocate rooms from another partner to accommodate the demand. It will also asses the demands on your rooms and if certain criteria are met, it will automatically raise or lower the rate accordingly to demand and supply on a particular room being sold through a particular channel.
If you have set, contracted, negotiated rates and allotments, they can also be set and honoured within the system. For all other room rates, IntelliAllotz will make sure you get the best price available.
RANKALLOTZ ®
RankAllotz is a keyword tool to assist you in making informed decisions in placing your online allotments.
Firstly, you will specify your search criteria, particular to your location and market, for example: location, name, accommodation name, beach front location, amenities and such like. RankAllotz will then search the major search engines and rank the online partners in order of their performance matched against your criteria.
This enables you to make informed decisions regarding which online partners are performing to the maximum in the property’s region, and therefore, which partners to allocate more inventory to.
MAILALLOTZ ®
MailAllotz is an invaluable tool that empowers a property to communicate to its guests before, during and after a booking has completed.
MailAllotz includes a functional customer database that automatically captures customers details, such as email, which can later be used for newsletters and specials in permission based customer marketing. This tool can enable and help you turn your first time guest into a repeat customer.
If you already have a pre-existing database, then this contact data can also be uploaded to MailAllotz ®.
CONNECTALLOTZ ®
ConnectAllotz is a communication system that sends and receives information between Allotz.com and the resellers connected to us. Hotel property management software (PMS) may also be able to connect to Allotz.com through the use of one of the ConnectAllotz API’s (Application Programming Interfaces), properties can then download bookings directly into their PMS from Allotz.com.
We base our communication interfaces on OTA (Open Travel Alliance) compliant XML messages. This is a set of international message standards established for travel related computer programs to interface or communicate with each other.
