The ability for a property, to set and forget the property’s inventory, across potentially unlimited Online Travel Resellers (Portals), dynamically reallocating rooms across all partners. As a reseller is running low on inventory, automatic reallocation will occur to “top-up” that reseller, right to the last room.

Allotz is the “set and forget” management area, designed to manage inventory on the property’s own website plus allocate inventory for all online selling partners. Allotz includes all the features of an online booking engine providing fields for the property to manage:

BookAllotz manages all bookings through the property’s own website.
IntelliAllotz incorporates some of the really “Smart” features of Allotz.com.
IntelliAllotz constantly monitors rooms available for sale through all the online resellers. If you have sold the allocation for a particular property, IntelliAllotz will reallocate rooms from another reseller or the property’s own allotments.
IntelliAllotz is the yield management component, ensuring properties and resellers are getting the maximum rate for rooms depending on the actual demand.
IntelliAllotz also assess the demand on rooms and if certain criteria are met, IntelliAllotz will automatically raise or lower the rate according to demand and supply on a particular room being sold through a particular channel.
If a property has set contracted negotiated rates and allotments, they can be set and locked but for all those other rooms and rates, IntelliAllotz will make sure you get the best price available.
MailAllotz is the Email component of the Allotz.com system allowing the property to communicate with customer bookings received on their own website.
ConnectAllotz is a series of standard communication methods (API’s Application Process Interfaces), which we have developed to simplify the integration with your database. Allotz.com bases the communication Interfaces on OTA (Open Travel Alliance) compliant XML messages. The API’s have been written to many different platforms so it not only greatly simplifies the interface with your database but also the property PMS (Property Management System). This means Bookings made through your system, via Allotz.com, can be easily downloaded into the property PMS.
